LÀste om ett test dÀr man prova olika ÄterhÀmtningsmetoder:
1. Passive recovery,
2. Combined leg compression and cooling (0â° C),
3. Combined leg compression and cooling that wasnâ??t quite as cold (10â° C),
4. Cycled at 80 watts with combined compression and cooling (0â° C),
5. Cycled at 80 watts (active recovery).
Dvs komressions-klÀder, nedkylning och vanlig simpel motionscykel (20min).
Och vinnaren: #5 - Vanlig hederlig trampning pÄ motionscykel.
